Publications
Performing together as a trio for over 15 years, Flutist, Sharon Winton, Violinist, Donna Willingham and Cellist, Irma Cripeour have appeared before audiences at the Phillips Collection, foreign embassies, museums and historic mansions in the nation’s capital as well as many concert series. They have performed at the White House, throughout the United States and in concerts abroad as soloists and chamber musicians. Their performances are marked with a charm all their own. These women offer audiences a genuine love and knowledge of the music they present. Engaging and versatile, with works ranging from the renaissance to contemporary, they continue to add a new dimension to the history of flute trio.

Donna Willingham, violinist, is a member of “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band and Chamber Orchestra. She is a founding member of the Lark Chamber Players and the Annapolis Baroque Ensemble. As a violinist with “The President’s Own” Ms. Willingham performs for numerous White House State Dinners, receptions and concerts annually. She has performed as concert mistress with the
Annapolis Chorale and Chamber Orchestra, and the Fort Worth Symphony.
Originally from Pennsylvania, she earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Indiana University, Master of Music from Texas Women’s University and doctoral work from Washington University. Ms. Willingham has been on the faculty of the Conservatory and School for the Arts (CASA), St.Louis Missouri and Missouri Baptist College. In addition to maintaining a private violin studio, she is organist/pianist for the Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church, Pasadena, Maryland.



Irma Cripe, cellist, is a founding member of the Lark ChamberPlayers. She performs with the Alexandria Symphony and the National Philharmonic. Ms. Field-Cripe has also performed as a member of the Annapolis Chorale and Chamber Orchestra, the Witchita Symphony, and as principal cellist with the Costa Rica National Symphony where she was a featured soloist. As a member of the renowned group QuinTango, she performed in the Piccolo Spoleto Festival, as special guest at the White House, and as
soloist with the Charleston Symphony, the Savannah Symphony and the Wichita Symphony; their CD “Secret Places” won a WAMA award.
Originally from Costa Rica, Ms. Cripe studied at the University of Oregon receiving a Bachelor of Music degree; a Licenciatura en Cello from the University of Costa Rica, and as a Fulbright Scholar earning a Master of Music degree fromThe Wichita State University. Ms. Field-Cripe has been on the Faculty of the University of Costa Rica and St. Mary’s University, Maryland. She maintains a private Suzuki cello studio and is the music director for the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Bowie, Maryland.
